Packages from Postbox Pals are sent anonymously and do not include any buyer information inside or on the box. The recipient will only know who sent the package if the sender includes their name in the personalized note at checkout. However, if the recipient contacts our support team to inquire about the sender, we reserve the right to share that information. Please use Postbox Pals responsibly and with kind intentions.
