Our Mission at Postbox Pals
At Postbox Pals, we simply want to make people happy in a thoughtful way! Our mission is to make it easy to show someone that you care, whether it’s through a cuddly stuffed animal, a sweet treat, or a little surprise tucked inside a thoughtfully curated care package.
As a former professional baker and cake maker, I understand the importance of feeling connected through thoughtful gestures! Instead of making magnificent cupcakes and cakes, my journey has led me to offer care packages that send kindness and love with adorable plush animals. I hope you enjoy Postbox Pals as much as we do and you find us fit to share in your lives through our little shop!

OOPs! I need to change something on my order?
Edit Shipping Address
Customers can update their shipping address after placing an order, as long as it has not yet been fulfilled.

Edit Billing Address
We are unable to make changes to billing information after an order has been placed. As long as the shipping address is correct, there’s no need to worry! If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us at postboxpals@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Where all do you ship to? USA, Colleges, Hospitals, LTC facilities etc...?
We currently only ship within the United States. That includes hospitals, long term care facilities, college dorms. Just make sure you clearly include correct addresses, etc...please note patients in hospitals can discharge quickly and/or be shifted to different rooms/units. We cannot be held responsible for this.
I'm gonna need to order a couple of these, how?
Please place a separate order for each household. It just makes it easier to track.
If you need to send more than one pal to the same address just place a single order! Your Pals will arrive together in one shipment. Just remember to include each recipient’s name on their custom card—we’ll label each individual box so you know exactly which Pal belongs to whom.

Postbox Pals lets you send adorable stuffed animals with a personalized note to loved ones near and far. Just pick a plush pal, add a sweet message, and we’ll take care of the rest! Your gift will be wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in our adorable Postbox Pals box!
Free shipping? Where's my package?
Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping at this time. We will accurately calculate your shipping at checkout.
If your package is still stuck in transit for 14 days or more please email: postboxpals@gmail.com
If your order shows as delivered by USPS or UPS but you haven't received it, it may have been lost or stolen. Regrettably, we are unable to assume responsibility for missing packages marked as delivered.
If it's been over 30 days since your order was marked as delivered, we're no longer able to send a replacement. However, if you're having delivery issues, please reach out—we’re here to help however we can.
A magnificent person sent me this package, but I don't know who?
Your Postbox Pals gift is anonymous unless you choose to put your name on the card! If the recipient asks, we reserve the right to tell them who sent it.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us here. Please note, we do not cover shipping costs for returned packages unless the product is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
If you're not happy with the plush you selected, we can help facilitate an exchange. Simply contact us here to get started. Please note there will be additional shipping charges. No exchanges will be made beyond 14 days of receiving your package.
